Can I migrate from Zimbra directly to Office 365?
Yes. Load your Zimbra TGZ archive into PCDOTS Email Converter and select Office 365 as the destination. The tool authenticates with your Office 365 account and uploads emails, contacts and calendar items directly. No intermediate file conversion is needed.

Is the original folder structure preserved after conversion?
Yes. The conversion engine preserves the original folder hierarchy from the source file. Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash, custom subfolders and any nested structure are recreated exactly in the destination format. Email metadata (sender, recipients, dates, headers) and attachments are also preserved.
Can I preview emails before converting them?
Yes. After loading source files, the tool shows a complete preview panel with multiple view modes: Normal, Properties, Message Header, Hex, MIME, RTF, HTML and Attachments. This is useful both for verifying conversion accuracy and for forensic email analysis.
Is there a limit on file size or number of items?
Paid licenses convert unlimited emails, contacts and calendar items. There is no cap on file size or item count and the converter has been tested on PST and OST files exceeding 50 GB.

What if my email format is not listed here?
