Learn the working process of Conversion of Email Data into Multiple File Formats and Email Services.

STEP 1

Open PCDOTS Email Converter Tool in your existing Windows OS system to initiate the Email Conversion process.

Go to the Open Menu from the left hand side. Select Email Data Files and choose a specific file format.

You can choose either files or folders to upload the data. By choosing files, you can upload the files directly in the panel.

If you choose folders, you can upload an entire folder with multiple files present in it.

After that, add the files directly from the system.

Once uploaded, you can see the preview of all the files and folders on the screen in the compact view format.

Click on particular files and see the entire emails present there on the screen. Also, by clicking on an email, you can see the preview of the email on the screen in different view modes - Content, Properties, Message Header, Hex View and Raw Message.

You can also search for a particular email by using the Quick Search Option mentioned on the right-hand side of the panel.

Go to the Open Menu from the left hand side. Select Desktop Email Clients and choose a specific Email Client.

After that, you see multiple options there to load the data on the software panel.

You can choose to upload the data either from configuring the account or by choosing files/folders.

After that, add the needed data directly from the system.

After that, select either files or folders and upload the data either by choosing files or folders. And, you can also configure the account if you want to.

Export Emails With Attachments

From the Export Menu, you need to choose a specific file format or Email Service according to your choice.

Select the "PDF" from "Export Option."

After selecting the export option choose the Destination location to save all the data and save it.

Then, you can see the process running on the screen. Once done, it will display the message "Messages have been exported successfully" on the screen.

Extract Email Attachments

Click the Extract Menu and see the number of email metadata that can be extracted individually.

Select Email Attachments to download the attachments from multiple number of emails individually.

After selecting export option choose the Destination location to save the extracted email attachment.

Then, you can see the successful prompted message on the software screen. After that, just click on the Open Folder and see the resultant exported files.

Extract Email Addresses

Click the Extract Menu and see the number of email addresses to extract them individually.

Using this, you can easily download all the email addresses present in the emails in the Text file format.

Email Addresses while extraction will also include To, Cc, Bcc, Subject and other Email Header intents.

After selecting the export option choose the Destination location to save the extracted email address.

Then, in just few minutes, you can see the successful message on the software screen. Just click the open folder and see the extracted data on the destination path.

Extract Contact Numbers

Click the Extract Menu and see the number of email meta data that can be extracted individually.

Choose Phone Numbers to extract all the numbers from the present number of emails.

After that, choose the Destination location to save the extracted phone numbers.

It will show successful message in just a couple of minutes. Then, click on Open Folder and see the downloaded Email Addresses from them in the final path.

Extract Associated Email Address and Phone Numbers

Click the Extract Menu and see the number of email metadata that can be extracted individually.

Select Associated Email Address and Phone numbers to extract them properly.

They will be extracted in the form of Text file format.

After selecting the export option choose the Destination location to save the extracted associated email address and contact numbers.

Then, you can see the successful prompted message on the software screen. Thereafter, click on Open Folder and see the extracted email address and phone numbers together in the destination path.
