If your account uses two-factor authentication, you must generate an app-specific password instead of using your regular login password. PCDOTS cannot pass through 2FA prompts directly.
Generate one from your account security settings, then paste it into the PCDOTS login dialog.
Make sure you are pasting the entire key, including any dashes, with no leading or trailing spaces. The key is case-sensitive.
If it still fails, check your email for an updated key, or email us with your order ID and we will reissue.
That is the demo limitation, not a bug. The free trial is intentionally restricted to 10 emails per folder so you can verify quality before purchasing.
Activate the licensed version from inside the app to lift the limit and convert your full mailbox.
For very large files (10 GB+), conversion can take 30 minutes or more. Check the progress bar. If it is still moving, the conversion is working.
If progress is truly stuck, please email support with the source file size and a screenshot of the current state.
Check your filter settings in the Export dialog. Date range, folder selection, or attachment filters can quietly exclude emails you expected to see.
Also confirm that the source mailbox does not have hidden or unread items not loaded into the preview panel.
