PCDOTS Software is built across engineering, design, customer success, content, marketing, and operations teams working from our US business office in Covina, CA, and engineering office in Indore, India. Below are the leads responsible for each function.
Engineering
Engineers responsible for building, testing, and shipping PCDOTS products. Most are based in our Indore engineering office, with some remote.
Martin Brooks
Leads engineering for email migration and recovery products. 12+ years of experience in PST/OST repair, MBOX parsing, and forensic data recovery.

Daniel Reyes
Maintains the regression test suite of 8,000+ real-world malformed sample files. Every release runs through his test rig before it ships to users.
Priya Mehta
Builds the desktop UI shells across the product line. Focuses on accessibility, keyboard navigation, and reducing the click-to-conversion path in our tools.
Vikram Sharma
Owns build pipelines, code-signing certificates, and the release infrastructure. Makes sure every installer that ships is signed, scanned, and deployable across our CDN.

Designers and product specialists who shape what we build, why, and how it feels to use.
Tom Pearson
Owns user research and visual design across the catalog. Spent the last decade designing tools for technical users in IT, legal, and forensic specialties.
Lisa Chen
Drives product roadmap based on customer research, support tickets, and competitive landscape. Decides what we build next, and what we deliberately leave out.
Sophia Reinhardt
Runs customer interviews, usability sessions, and data analysis on how users actually move through our software. Surfaces the friction points that engineering then resolves.
Customer Success
The people you talk to when something goes wrong. All of them have engineering backgrounds, so technical questions get technical answers.
Sarah Mitchell
Triages incoming support tickets and handles complex enterprise migration cases. Eight years of experience supporting Outlook, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.
Rajesh Iyer
Handles forensic and enterprise accounts where chain-of-custody and compliance documentation matter. Supports law firms, MSPs, and government investigators directly.
Carlos Vega
Helps new enterprise customers get productive within their first week. Walks IT teams through volume licensing, deployment patterns, and integration with existing migration workflows.
Content & Documentation
Writers and editors who maintain our knowledge base, product documentation, and the technical articles linked from product pages.
Jennifer Walsh
Writes and maintains user guides, API documentation, and step-by-step tutorials. Works closely with engineers to make sure the docs match what the software actually does.
David Park
Owns the knowledge base and blog editorial calendar. Reviews every article for technical accuracy and clarity before it goes live, with a focus on long-form migration guides.
Anita Desai
Maintains our SDK and API documentation, command-line reference, and integration guides. Writes for developers who automate PCDOTS into larger migration pipelines.
Marketing & Growth
The people responsible for getting PCDOTS in front of users who need it, and for the content that makes our product pages useful before purchase.
Ahmed Khan
Runs SEO, content strategy, and partner relationships. Twelve years of experience marketing technical software to IT teams, sysadmins, and forensic specialists.
Emma Foster
Plans long-tail content, search keyword strategy, and product page SEO. Coordinates with the technical writers to make sure search-driven articles match real user search queries.
Hiroshi Tanaka
Manages reseller, MSP, and consultant partner programs. Handles the 25 percent recurring commission program and works with partners on co-marketing and joint deployments.
Operations
Operations and business leads who keep the company running so engineers can focus on building software.
Michael Brennan
Runs our Covina, CA office. Handles US business operations, vendor relationships, contracts, and enterprise procurement processes including NDAs and security questionnaires.
Rebecca Cole
Oversees billing, refund processing, and finance operations. Handles all payment-related questions for individual users and enterprise procurement teams across our pricing plans.
Kevin Walsh
Owns our legal posture: GDPR and HIPAA compliance, NDA reviews, license terms, and security questionnaires from enterprise procurement. Keeps us aligned with data protection rules.
External Contributors
Independent subject-matter experts who review selected PCDOTS articles for technical accuracy. They are not PCDOTS employees, and their reviewer engagement is disclosed on every article they have reviewed.
